Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 6:00pm

and 9:00pm to 11:00pm

At the heart of Sucre is a menu rooted in seasonality and guided by Argentine tradition. Open-fire cooking brings depth and simplicity to each dish, with ingredients changing throughout the year to reflect what is at its best. The approach is thoughtful and restrained, allowing the quality of the produce to speak, while drawing on the bold, generous spirit of Argentine cuisine. Alongside carefully grilled meats, lighter, balanced dishes bring contrast and freshness, creating a menu that feels vibrant rather than heavy.

An extensive wine list showcases both Argentine producers and international selections, chosen to complement the kitchen’s flavours and enhance the overall experience. The bar offers a collection of cocktails inspired by Latin American influences, bringing a sense of energy and creativity to the table.

Service is warm, attentive and unforced, reflecting a genuine Argentine hospitality that makes guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive.

Sucre offers more than just a pre- or post-theatre dining experience - it’s a place where seasonality, fire-led cooking and a sense of occasion come together in one of Soho’s most vibrant settings.

Pre- and Post-Theatre Dining

Sucre sits on Great Marlborough Street in the heart of Soho, offering a refined yet welcoming dining experience for those heading to the West End. Its Theatre Set Menu is available Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and again from 9:00pm to 11:00pm, designed to flow naturally around a performance, whether you’re settling in before the curtain rises or easing into the evening afterwards.

Housed in the former London College of Music performance hall, the restaurant retains a sense of quiet drama. Soaring ceilings, warm acoustics and the building’s original character create a space that feels both intimate and theatrical; a fitting backdrop for an evening shaped by good food, wine and conversation.
