About Us

Sucre brings a touch of Argentina’s rich culinary heritage to the heart of Soho, London, where the tradition of open-fire cooking is at the heart of every dish. Our approach centres on the craft of Argentine fire dining, using flame, smoke, and carefully sourced ingredients to create bold, unforgettable flavours. Signature dishes include expertly grilled steak, cooked over wood and flame to deliver depth and character. The menu is complemented by a curated selection of hand-picked wines and cocktails inspired by South American flair.

At Sucre, dining is more than a meal, t’s a way of life. One that values simplicity, and the warmth of genuine hospitality.
