Sucre ignited its culinary journey in Argentina back in 2001, swiftly earning its place among the culinary elite. The restaurant’s leading reputation is proven by its consistent features on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Today, Sucre has expanded to a diverse array of locations. Sucre made its debut in 2021 at the iconic Soho district of London, and in 2022, its unique take on open-fire cooking was introduced to the Middle East with the grand opening of Sucre Dubai.

Fernando Trocca

Fernando Trocca, an Argentine master chef and restaurateur, rose to prominence in the late 1980s, establishing himself as a leading figure in the international culinary scene. Inspired by his grandmother’s culinary teachings, Trocca’s passion for cooking ignited at a young age. Raised in Argentina, he developed a deep appreciation for fire-grilled cuisine, which became a cornerstone of his culinary philosophy.

Carlos Delosmozos

Spanish-born Carlos De Los Mozos brings a wealth of global experience to the culinary world, having worked in Spain, Morocco, Peru, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, assuming roles ranging from Sous Chef to Chef Patron, and now as an esteemed Executive Chef.

For Carlos, food has always been more than just sustenance; it’s been an intrinsic part of his journey. His earliest memories are of watching his father skillfully grill fresh meats, sparking a realization that cooking was not just a career but his true passion.
