Discover The Menu

Sucre’s culinary approach, best described as ‘Fire Dining,’ draws inspiration from the flavours of the Mediterranean. At the heart of the cuisine is the practice of open-fire cooking, imparting a smoky, rich flavour to the dishes.

The a la carte menu offers an expansive selection of dishes that cater to various tastes and preferences. Begin with ‘Raw’ offerings, featuring fresh seafood delicacies, or opt for ‘Starters’ to stimulate your palate. Indulge in ‘Pasta and Risotto’ for comforting classics, and experience the essence of the Sucre cuisine with a ‘Fire Grilled’ selection of mains including premium steak cuts, where the primal flavour of open-fire cooking shines.
