This Father’s Day, Sucre presents a dining experience built around both.
 
At its heart is Zuccardi’s Concreto Malbec, from the high-altitude vineyards of Paraje Altamira in Argentina’s Uco Valley. Defined by limestone soils and mountain light, this wine is shaped in concrete rather than oak, allowing purity and structure. It opens slowly, rewarding time at the table and the company around it.
 
 
For Father’s Day week, we will be pouring Concreto from magnums, offered at the price of a standard bottle. A format designed for sharing.
 
Alongside it, our Paddock Farm T-bone — selected for its depth of flavour and integrity of rearing. Carefully raised, slowly matured, and cooked simply over fire, it is served to the centre of the table as it should be: generous, balanced, and without distraction.

This is a pairing grounded in provenance and purpose — wine shaped by its landscape, beef raised with care.

Not an occasion for embellishment, but for attention: to detail, to sourcing, and to the pleasure of being with those you love.
